Before calling an Aqua Tec pump specialist save some time by answering questions related to your issue in advance:

• Are you an existing customer of Aqua Tec?
• Type of system? (e.g. storage, well to house, subdivision, booster)
• Is there a control box for the well pump?
• Pump info: What is my horsepower and model number?
• Is my well in a pit?
• Where is my pressure tank located?
• Pressure tank info: Model #, pressure setting, height, and diameter.
• Is there a permit for the well? Well permit number?

Do you need service on an existing pump system?
You may need to consult with a pump specialist for the following reasons:

• Loss of pressure

  Is your water pressure lower than usual? There are many possible reasons for pressure loss. An Aqua Tec Specialist can help troubleshoot and pinpoint the problem.

• Loss of Volume

  Is the total amount of your water lower than usual? Aqua Tec may be able to help you find a solution to volume loss.

• No water

  Where oh where has your water gone? Aqua Tec Systems, Inc. has been bringing water back since 1981. Call us today!

• Dirty water

  Does your filter plug up more often than usual? Do you notice particles in your water?

• Pressure fluctuation

  Are you both gaining and losing pressure? This is also known as a water surge. A water surge can cause the pump to burn up so it is important to get help right away.

Aqua Tec is Licensed to install and service a variety of pumps for Domestic and Municipal well systems.

If you are substituting this for a well you will require a variance approval by the state.
